My name is Jenni Kopelman, founder of La Vita Zen. I work as a Transformational Wellness and Life Coach.

I see myself as a Clarity Coach. I use the word "clarity" because my life purpose is to help people reach their goals mindfully as they evolve into the best version of themselves. One of the ways I do this is through my 6 or 8 week coaching programs. My focus, as I guide you, is creating a ROAD MAP that moves you toward your Life Purpose, your Heart's Desire, and a Healthier Lifestyle.

I also facilitate transformational travel and wellness workshop experiences on Longboat Key and in Italy. I teach the power principles of The Blue Zone, the Mediterranean Lifestyle. These have become my own personal tools as I have learned to navigate professional, health, and relationship challenges in my own life. Growing up the daughter of an Air Force Colonel, I was forced to navigate life as if it were a TRAVEL ADVENTURE and I have found and fine tuned the art of transition.

Through my coaching program and curating new adventures whether going to the park, relaxing in your own back yard, or trekking the globe, I truly believe that personal transformation absolutely possible. I am living proof!

Changing our current environment and transporting ourselves to new location even if only for a short stay or short distance can shift our perspective and give us a new vision for our beautiful journey. Utilizing your current circumstance as a conduit for mindful living is the key to transformation.

Life is not about living long, it is about living well and that the key to our happiness within our own souls. Sometimes all we need is a professional OBSERVER to come in and REFRAME our current thought process. I work with women of all ages who need more Zen while reaching their full personal potential and career goals, while managing self care or a caregiver role.
