 In giving yourself the gift of being accompanied during a life transition, one has to choose wisely and I could not have been happier with my experience with Jenni. Not only did she skillfully help me create a new life chapter, the positive outcome of my work with her keeps on coming a year later. This is a gift that keeps on giving!

 Jen is a true gift!  When I needed it most, Jen was there to help me navigate through a multi faceted array of complications in my life.  She gently helped me see my way through to the end and helped me make the decisions I needed to make to stay calm, focused and determined to get through.  

At the end of our 6 weeks together, I look back and can see how her effective method of coaching can help anyone help themselves right where they are.  Hiring Jen as my life coach was truly a blessing to me.  

 I had the privilege of working with Jenni Kopelman as my life coach back in Atlanta in 2022 remotely as I struggled to find my way after the pandemic. What an incredible experience it has been! Jenni had the ability to refocus my attention from the negative stuck in the past mentality, to the visionary laser sharp focus on what you can become in the moment and as you move forward in your life, one day at a time. With tools that are practical, that one can use every day. 

I began to see a gradual transformation. I have gone from a divorce in Atlanta, and a relationship that was going nowhere for two years to a new vision for my life. I found the strength to start over. I made a courageous move to Sarasota. I am an empty nester with two beautiful adult children who now love to visit me and thoroughly enjoy my costal lifestyle. I am working professionally again as an opera singer in Sarasota. 

I also have a thriving studio business. I am a teacher, and a talent development coach. It is incredibly fulfilling helping young talent catch a vision and follow their dreams. I have begun to dream big again too! I am developing a new business working with established professionals both online and in person. 

I am grateful for learning the Blue Zone Power principles.  They meet personal, familial, and social needs. I am also finding my tribe, new friends a community of women that have the same vision and purpose, to live life to the fullest. I have tried other coaching techniques and groups but felt coerced or driven by a wrong motivation. 

I am super thankful for Jenni’s La Vita Zen program because it was Sherri-centric and met me where I was in my transition and has propelled me forward in a clear and mindful method. I am happier than I have been in years and that’s due to making my self-care the priority.
